1. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
- Exempt Items: Custom-printed materials, personalized graphic design orders, and completed digital services are generally exempt from standard returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or operational error on our part.
2. Refunds
- Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval & Credit: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or via bank transfer / mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) as mutually agreed.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping for Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), Fatima Digital Edge will bear the return shipping charges.
